# My monstera was laying all over the place and supporting itself on…

My monstera was laying all over the place and supporting itself on the side of the pot so I finally decided that I needed to get it a moss pole. I wish I had taken a ‘before’ picture but here it is now! Hoping it will straighten out but it looks so much better!! Any suggestions on how to get more fenestrations?

When I put my monstera in the ideal light conditions, she got WAY more fenestrations

more light = bigger leaves = fenestration

if you want the BIGGEST leaves, swap out that coco coir pole for a true moss pole that your plant can anchor roots into and climb. most plants can’t actually climb a coco pole, it only provides structural support with ties.

what’s your watering schedule? this looks a bit droopy

I definitely need to do better with watering on time and I can try to find somewhere with more light. Would a grow light work?
