Is it in another pot inside of this large pot?

Okay. I know plants lean when they’re “reaching” for sunlight or when they become too heavy. There are diff types of support you can provide it with. Moss poles, cedar planks, bamboo stakes, etc. This monstera looks fairly small tho and from the looks of it the pot looks far too big for the plant. Also, the soil should be 1/2” to 1” from the rim of the pot. I’ll share some pics of my monsteras for reference

Ok I definitely don’t have enough soil in there.

10in pot. Outgrew the cedar planks. Due for a repot now
