# Following advice on my last post, I bought a proper moss pole for my…

_Pubblicato da MoMo il 2024-05-01_

Following advice on my last post, I bought a proper moss pole for my favourite green child. It made me realise that I probably haven’t been keeping his exact front to the right as much as I could have been so he’s still a bit wild, but much more supported and I think this will work for the budding arial roots.

But - does it look right?! It feels right but any feedback welcome, to get it right.

And an aside question - pot size, large enough?! I repotted 2 months ago but his roots are already growing out of the bottom! Which, lovely as I trimmed them back when I repotted but also super quick.

Sorry for the multiple questions!

Looks pretty good to me. Pot should be an inch or two larger than root ball. One thing to check is that the newest leaf on each plant isn’t strapped to the pole around where the next leaf will pop out. :)

Thank you! I checked the strap placement when I did it but I’m going to check again just in case.

I think the pot is a good size, it’s just growing roots quicker than I expected. I really don’t want to repot again so soon.

Thanks for the reassurance and advice, much appreciated!!!
