# Hey guys! My workplace has a monstera out front but is evidently a…

Hey guys!  
My workplace has a monstera out front but is evidently a bit neglected. Any ideas on simple things I could do to make it look better? It’s not my plant so I can’t repot or do any major changes… I believe it gets watered weekly, we’re in a humid climate and it gets a strong sea breeze sometimes, the plant is undercover but has strong sun on the side close by. It looks like it recently gave a new leaf but is already starting to crisp up :(

Oh my goodness, are you sure you're not allowed to repot it? I would ask, that poor baby has been so neglected.

Oh my. What a fun project. It looks like there are several nods throughout. I’d personally cut it into a couple smaller plants to propagate. Watch some YouTube videos if you haven’t tried that before. But either way, it definitely looks like it needs a repot too.
