What are these spots on my Swiss Cheese stem?
A bit of a background-I have cats that think my monsteras are a lovely treat. I have 3 stems that have lost their leaves. I’m not sure if it’s because of the cats or maybe fungal?
Should I cut this stem off? If I do where should I cut? I attached a photo of where it’s attached with an arrow. There’s an off shoot as well.
The rest of the plant looks good.

I don’t see anything unusual here!

Me neither

Hmm Do you have a photo of the whole plant? When you say lost their stems, what do you mean? I think more photos would help!

I’m seeing small dark spots on this stem right before a leaf.
Is this common? Or are my photos just horrible?! lol.

Well not horrible but I think we need more information to diagnose. What’s your watering like? Monstera are prone to root rot - could you be over watering?
