# Hi I’m new here! This is my monstera 😊. I’ve admittedly done some…

Hi I’m new here! This is my monstera 😊. I’ve admittedly done some pretty inconsistent love on her but want to get her nice and healthy now. I’ve recently added a moss pole and gotten her upright. Besides making its care more consistent how can I:

1\) encourage it to become fuller? It’s tall ish but kinda leggy.

2\) manage the aerial roots? There’s a lot of them. Do I cut them or try and attach them to the pole?

3\) encourage growth on the other side? Most of its leaves are on one side (likely from a lack of rotating?).
