# i need advice! my friend gave me a cut portion of her mother albo…

i need advice! my friend gave me a cut portion of her mother albo because the last three leaves were completely white. the newest leaf on here is already browning, and i’m wondering if it’s something i’m doing wrong or if it’s because it’s an all white leaf.

the leaf with a good mix of green and white is extremely healthy, and this morning before i left the house, the unfurled one wasn’t brown like this. Do i chop it? leave it? 🥲

That looks solid white. Chop below the first solid white leaf; once a vine goes solid white it'll keep doing only solids, so you have to cut at a point that's still capable of making green ones

you can chop or you can wait… 3 leaves are suggested because she might bounce back with some green
