I am confused whether this plant is a real Minni Monstera, and I would like to know if anybody knew the cause of the brown spots on the plant.. Can somebody help?

Because at the stem it has a pole-looking thing that my big monstera has

It does look like a mini rhaphidophora tetrasperma . Is it next to a grow light it looks light?

It does look like that middle leaf is about to pop a new leaf at the base about 1 1/2 up.

It does look like rhaphidophora tetrasperma. The name is confusing, its not the same species as Monstera deliciosa. Did it come that way? If so, it just looks like scarring from damage to the leaf
