Do you put the aerial roots back in the soil or leave them? One is about to hit the floor and the rest are not far behind (more than what’s pictured) and I’m not sure what to do with them

I put them back in the soil!

u cab leave them  
cut them  
put them back jn dirt  
theyre js for stabilizing the plant so as long as its stable it should be fine

I push them down into the media, it helps the plant get bigger with more nutrients
