I got permission to take a cutting from the monstera in my office! Brought this baby home on the train today!! Any tips to make sure it grows happy and healthy?!?

get at least a few inches of roots going before potting her up, the more the merrier. and get her on a homemade moss pole asap, the store ones are good but don’t allow her ariel roots to grow within. and use chunky chunky soil! can’t wait for progress pics!
