Please help! I noticed discoloration on almost every leaf of my Adansonii Albo.

I keep this plant in a 3-4 inch pot with a chunky soil mix under a grow light for 12 hrs/day. I water when the soil is mostly dry so roughly a week and a half. There’s nothing noticeably wrong with the roots and the underside of the leaves. I gave the plant a shower just in case.

What else would y’all recommend?

Overwatering.

These plants like to dry out and are drought tolerant.

I'd check it over for any pests. The yellow with brown spots is often a pest or fungal. You could do a peroxide dilution spray on it, if you dont have a fungicide. My adansonii mint and tricolor are in moss and stay fairly wet in the greenhouse. And get watered once a week and misted daily. So I think your water schedule is okay.
