Hey. I have a monstera Thai constellation that’s doing great at the moment. However I’ve just noticed this brown spot on one of its leaves. It’s not dry and crispy at all just brown. I don’t stick to a strict water schedule only water when it’s 75% dry, plants in a good chunky mix and is under a grow light. Was watered 8 days ago last and is currently just finishing unfurling a new leaf. Any advice grateful.

It's extraordinarily common for the white parts to brown up if even the slightest thing is wrong with humidity, roots, watering, anything. Could be taking a bit for the new leaf nutrition wise even.
