Does anyone have any tips on how to get monstera leaves to grow in the colder months?

I have mine in the sun by the window and right next to one of my 3 grow light boxes. I also give it monstera liquid plant food every other watering.

I have mine about four feet away from a south facing window and it is continually putting out new leaves. In summer it will go back outside on an east facing covered front porch so it doesn’t get sunburn.
