I feel like my monkey mask is a super light green and some of the leaves keep turning yellow in the back I don't think I'm over watering I use a water meter for the most part I just fertilized a month ago it wasn't real happy during the winter months but I don't know I just I'm wondering if the whole thing is turning yellow temperatures stay between 66° to 75° with a 55% to 70 percent humidity via the humidifier and heater in the sunroom 😩🪴 I just don't know he's left her so finicky it seems I don't know they're just so beautiful I just keep buying them and I'm pretty new to all this 🤦‍♀️ also I have it in the South window with a want to call it dappled light through the blinds do I need the blinds to be closed a little more for the monsters during the afternoon sun time? Like all the way closed just brightness through the blinds? Now my mini monstera just seems to be thriving in the full sun of that South window and the leaves are not scorched at all but the warmer months are coming so should I also start closing those blinds a little bit as well? Thank you all so much in advance 🙏🥹🪴🧡

I have never had a plant scorch from being right beside a window without blinds or anything.

We do have a covered porch on the east and west sides of our house, and only one south window in the whole house which happens to be my brothers' room, so no plants there. But yeah, I have a bunch of plants right up against the east windows in my bedroom and bathroom and mom has plants in east and west windows, we haven't had any problems. I suppose if they got moved from somewhere pretty dark they might burn.

My alocasia plants prefer the west side window, I have all my monsteras in the South window with the blinds mostly shut I'm just trying to figure out why my plant is throwing yellow leaves and it seems like a really light lime green I don't know if that's the normal color
