Hi yall, I repotted my monstera and some of the tiny roots were just falling off as I shoke the plant. They were the tiny roots that are on the big ones if that makes sense. I’m confident the plant doesn’t have root rot because the roots are white and healthy. Is this just root shedding? I potted the plant in a very chunky mix and waterd it.

That happens because they are tiny and delicate before they become larger. Honestly, don't worry about it. It is good to knock some roots off. It stimulates the plant to produce more roots. I hope this helps! ☺️
