Hi, I have these two gorgeous mini monsteras that I got in the same pot. Hoping to repot them separately but I don’t want to separate them wrong and accidentally kill them. Any tips?? Also, I have a new leaf unfurling, should I wait until it has unfurled before repotting?

I personally wouldn’t suggest repotting during active growth, you run the risk of losing the new growth, it stresses the plant already stress by root disturbance and redirects growth energy to recovery energy.  
When it is ready, make sure you water it in first, that will help soften the roots and you should be able to pry them apart easily if it’s a healthy root system

I wouldn’t repot while the leaf is unfurling however, this is the best time to do any repotting from spring to summer. The best way to split the plants is to shake off all soil on the root ball this way you can see the roots in order to know exactly where to separate the plant.
