Have you checked for root rot?  
Is your soil chucky enough?

I did check and no root rot thankfully!

could likely be mechanical damage as it was breaking through the sheath or happened from a watering inconsistency. looks small, i wouldn’t be too concerned yet.

This happens to my new leaves that pop out of my monstera, it wouldn’t affect it in any way, it should be alright👍

I have a whole bottom row of leaves like this but that was the cats trying to nibble the new leaves when they were kittens 😂
