Hi! First monstera owners here. I got this plant 2 months ago and it has not grown an inch. And now the baby leaves are turning yellow and flimsy what do I do?

Or what could be a potential problem? I have it in a south facing window but it rarely gets direct light but gets a lot of indirect light. I also mist it often,, have a pebble tray and bought a portable humidifier.

Please help

I bought my first monstera about five months ago, and I have him under a grow light with four goosenecks. I’ve noticed the foliage that’s at the bottom or in the shadow of other leaves goes yellow and stays small, so I usually trim them so there are more nutrients for the healthy leaves. I haven’t used a pebble tray and I don’t mist him, either, because I’ve had problems with that in the past. So I give him a good amount of filtered water when he’s dry, and I give him liquid fertilizer once every two weeks. Perhaps one of these tips will help? Keep us posted! ⭐️💚
