A few months ago I was waffling over if I should repot my monstera or wait until spring.  
After some encouragement, thanks to everyone who talked me through it, I went ahead and did it.  
She turned out to be so root bound I almost couldn’t get her out of the pot! If I had waited till spring I would have had to take a hammer to the pot to get her out. 🔨  
Now Ursula is doing wonderfully! She has not yet pushed out a new leaf, but the youngest leaf has hardened off beautifully. Also, I think she’s focusing on her roots right now. 🍃 😊

I need to repot my monstera. The root are pushing dirt up and out the top of the pot 😂 Yours looks so glossy and healthy 🤩

I swear I could feel her judgement as I was trying to pry her out of her old pot with a butter knife. 🔪 🤣  
But the stress was worth it in the end, because she likes her new pot so much better!  
I’m gonna be an enabler and say, as long as she lives in a warm area of the house (Ursula is in the kitchen), do it!  
I feel so much happier when I look at her in her new pot. That she isn’t in danger of tipping over. 😜
