# Hi! New plant mom here and desperately need help. I just got this…

Hi! New plant mom here and desperately need help. I just got this beauty about a week ago. She seemed cramped in the pot she came in so I gave her a larger home. Her roots seemed pretty bound up and there were a couple of larger ones that had come to the surface. I buried them when I repotted. Is that okay? Also, when I got her she already had some brown spots on a couple of leaves. Since then the spots have gotten bigger and darker and are starting to show up on other leaves. Additionally, some of her smaller leaves are turning yellow and a couple fell off when I barely touched them. PLEASE HELP! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I want this beauty to survive!

About 8 months after sunburn. I pruned a few dying leaves. And the 3 plants in the pit each put out new shoots. The root system is large. She’s 3 yrs old almost 4 yrs old. Never up potted.

And today. All new growth with exception to 1 leaf. I will chop n prop. It’s gotten extremely leggy.

☹️ I really hope you get to the bottom of it and are able to save her… I’m a plant mom of 5yrs, and I’ve never seen any of mine do this
