Hi all, 👋🏻

So this is my first monstera and I absolutely love it. I noticed the little guy that is poking out of the pot today from the plant (picture below). Should I be concerned that the pot is too small and this is a root? Or do we think it’s new growth?

I don’t love the idea of repotting in the winter but, I will for the sake of this beauty!
