Why is my plant taking so long to grow???? And also does this look healthy or no? If not please help

It may need more light. Also, the pot may be too large.

definitely needs more light and likely a smaller pot too. once growth picks up again, since monstera are heavy feeders, be sure to add a small amount of reduced strength fertilizer with every watering for a happy plant
