So this guy arrived at my doorstep (as is) as a holiday gift from my sister! Some repotting and separation is needed? They seem to be facing all different directions.

Just stick her in front of a window or put your grow light in front of her, her leaves will always turn towards the light!

Nope! Mine was facing in all different directions when I got her too, now she just looks out the window lol
