Nothing? It’s just mostly white, which can happen. The variegation in monstera albos is not stable

The lead is all white, which means it has no chlorophyll. A plant cannot survive without chlorophyll.

Unfortunately an all white leaf is not likely to last very long due to there being no chlorophyll. So enjoy it while it lasts! Giving the plant lots of indirect light helps variegated monsteras thrive

Yup, that’s normal. No chlorophyll in an all white leaf - it will eventually die. It’s okay, more will grow and hopefully it’ll have a touch more green so it can last longer. Don’t trip it’s ok.
