# I’m confused, my adansonii keeps growing smaller and smaller leaves……

I’m confused, my adansonii keeps growing smaller and smaller leaves… does it just need a moss/coco choir pole or what else is happening? I put it nearer to my southwest facing window and a grow light too thinking it needed more light but 🤷‍♀️

It could be craving a climbing pole. The extra light sounds good. Do you fertilize it?

Agree here. You’ll need a stake or moss pole for it to climb so the leaves can size up.

sounds like it needs to be repotted, monstera leaves will gradually reduce in size when the roots run out of room. fertilizer would also be a good idea especially if you haven’t fertilized lately
