Put her under a grow light, and she will flourish ✨

I’ve had a monstera prop in water under a light for about 4 weeks and shes already about to unfurl a new leaf

Root powder helps too.
Usually it takes about 2 weeks for roots to get established and then moist soil they will keep going. Until a whole plant.
Sun/light as well like above 👆🏽 said
