My monstera has been growing beautifully all summer and into the fall. My issue is that it’s a little top heavy now! It keeps falling on its face. It’s not really in my budget to get better supports at the moment, so I’m working with what I have. I have a bigger pot, should I repot it even tho it otherwise doesn’t seem like it needs to be repotted?

Your monstera needs more light. It’s looking pretty leggy. Are you using grow lights at all or just natural light?

Have you been rotating the plant during the summer? If the growth doesn’t pattern looks a bit unruly.

It’s all natural light. I’m planning on getting some grow lights when I can. I’ve heard conflicting things about rotating monsteras 😅 I think it will help once I can get moss poles and have it climb up rather than splay out wherever it can haha

Monsteras have a distinctive front and back. The the side where the aerial roots grow is the back of the plant. That side would be attached to a tree when climbing in nature. This side should face away from the primary light source. Conversely, the opposite side is the front of the plant and should face the light. When the plant is rotated from this placement, it will twist and adjust to face the light over time and can lead to unruly / wild growth patterns.

I agree, staking the plant and adding some supplemental grow lights will help tame the beast haha
