# I’ve become that person. I rescued this monstera from Fred meyers…

I’ve become that person. I rescued this monstera from Fred meyers today because he was SAD and I wasn’t going to let him live his life that way!!!! Bone dry dirt discarded for water and his roots are lovely. Hydrogen peroxide wash on roots and leaves and into the fertilized water. 😻😻

Hope you did a thorough check for pests and are isolating from the rest of your collection just in case. Good luck!

I did, that’s why I took him out of the dirt and shoved him in water only for protection on gnats, and washed him with a good hydrogen peroxide soak, and then I’m keeping him across the room from the others so he can see some of the grow light as I do not have good lighting this time of year due to where I live.
