# Half an inch my plant is growing toward the ground. I need some tips…

Half an inch my plant is growing toward the ground. I need some tips on how I can fix her!?

I staked her up after doing some good research, and she really did not like that! I gave her a couple weeks to adapt, and still no improvement… So I took the stakes out and let her back down. She almost instantly perked back up!

But I really don’t like the way she’s growing. Does anyone have any tips??

chop and prop! monstera root so readily, and this way you’ll be able to plant the cuttings properly aligned on a pole. the new growth will be easier to train up a support

Yeah, I would chop and prop as well. I'd never be happy with the aesthetic of that plant personally.
