Hello everyone! Just joined the group and wanted to say hi. Got this beautiful monstera about a month ago. Very new to monstera care! Any tips are greatly appreciated. Currently have the plant in a west facing window with some north light coming in as well since it’s a corner window. Have been watering the plant once a week. I think she’s looking healthy?? All leaves are green but some are perkier than others. Is that normal?

Wow congrats, it’s beautiful! Some leaves will be perkier then others. You might want to get a moss pole so it helps it to grow up and tall:)
