# hello!! finally got my hands on a monstera!! 3 cuttings off facebook…

hello!! finally got my hands on a monstera!!  
3 cuttings off facebook marketplace :D unfortunately i'm not exactly sure what to do at this stage :')  
can anybody tell me if they look healthy?? i'm putting 2 in a north facing window and one in a south facing room away from the window. can i move that one closer? or is it better away from direct sun?  
when will these be soil ready? any advice is greatly appreciated!!

Yea they look healthy. You want your roots at least 2-4” long and ideally having secondary roots before potting into soil. Yours look like they could handle it, but you can also wait a little longer.  
Light placement sounds fine. Just keep an eye on them and if you feel you need to move them then do so. Good luck!
