Looks good to me! Remember to rotate your plants as well. They grow towards the sun. Plants should be rotated often enough so they aren’t tilting one way. I know for Monsteras they just grow everywhere, but I still rotate mine and it does help keeping some parts straight up.

really can’t tell from the pic just be sure it is fastened to the stem itself - preferably about an inch away from aerials and not over nodes or axillary buds and not fastened to petiole stalks where the leaves are attached to . Is the petioles
