Can you give us more information about the plant?
How much light does it get?
How often do you water?
Do you fertilize?
How long have you had it?

It gets full sun and I’ve had it for about 6 months. I don’t fertilize and water every week to two weeks.

If this were my plant, I would pull it out of its pot and check on the roots.
If they look healthy, but aren’t crazy, great, it can go back in its original pot.
If it’s rootbound, then I would untangle some of the bottom roots and either give it a new pot that’s 1-2 inches bigger, or I would separate all the individual plants into their own pots.
For the broken leaves, you can either cut those off, or take a straw and wrap it around the petiole to reinforce the break.
And in full sun, she could be more thirsty, so I would check more often on how dry the pot is and water as soon as the top inch or two is dry.
