I recently got a monstera deliciosa and I saw something that looked really weird I am still trying to figure this plant out and recently a baby leaf died so I am a little concerned if anyone has any idea of what is going on (I have a lot of trouble with lighting and my pot dose not have draining holes) thank you

I would definitely change to a pot with drainage.

The little leaves probably died because those are the oldest leaves
