looks like mechanical damage, or a “bruise” on the leaf

how do i prevent that from happening

Sometimes it just happens it might be the way the plant develops just keep an eye on it see if the pattern continues prevent anything from bumping it or just doing anything damaging to it it’s not harmful at all just like us plants can get bumps and scrapes is all
