Hello this is my New addition to my Plant family. I go her in April from Delaware. I’m  
Also not sure how often to water. The previous owner said she water ever Monday. But I believe this is to often in my home. My soul appears moist to touch.

That does sound too frequent. I let my soil dry out a bit more before watering. Try every 10-12 days maybe and see how it does
