# Hi everyone! I have this beautiful monstera and the leaves are…

Hi everyone! I have this beautiful monstera and the leaves are turning in. Anyone knows why this is? I am watering once the soil is dry. I did notice that the root has outgrown the pot. Can this be why?

I also brought a plant home that had gnats and it has infested my other plants. Anything you recommend? I spray my plants with Neem oil every week.

Curling leaves are due to underwater and or if there’s something going on with the roots. The soil needs to be aerated. Neem oil does nothing for gnats. Treat the soil with mosquito bits for the eggs and sticky’s for the adults.

a hydrogen peroxide solution poured over the soil will both aerate the medium and kill anything living in the soil. it’s a good idea to use a fertilizer with added mycorrhizae afterwards to reintroduce beneficial microbes
