# My monstera babies are showing signs of getting ready to make new…

My monstera babies are showing signs of getting ready to make new leaves! Some of their current leaves are a bit droopy, though. They are planted in soil and leca with good drainage with bright indirect light (when the sun comes out!) and I think I’m watering appropriately. Any thoughts?

I think the pots are way too big. They are not developing big roots yet. Maybe you can try 4 inch terracotta pot with both babies inside. And you can separate them later when they are more mature.

Thank you! Putting things in too big pots is a flaw of mine. I’m learning slowly 😂
