I rescued this monstera from a local Lowe’s. I’ve have it for a little over a month now. It’s sprouted 4 leaves in less than 3 weeks!  
but there’s also been some mishaps - several leaves had brown spots so I trimmed those off. This one leaf didn’t seem to have it so bad so I left it. There’s one new lead that doesn’t look finished and has brown ends. What could be happening?

Did you check for pests? Did you check the roots for possible root rot? Is it getting enough light? Is the soil extra moist when you go to water? 🤔 these are something I can think of from the top of my noggin
