It looks like it’s been recently misted. Do you mist it multiple times each day? If so, I would say that you have something called leaf spot (which is bacterial or fungal). To treat this, you can cut off heavily damaged leaves and wipe all of the leaves with a fungicide. If you already have Neem oil, use that. If you don’t have Neem oil, maybe try a copper fungicide. And avoid misting it more than once a week for now.

Are the brown spots crispy or soft?

i’d agree with tiffany that more information may be needed.

usually, you should first rule out sunburn (excessive lighting - is it in a south window?), bugs (inspect leaves), and watering (over/underwatering).

once these are ruled out it could be bacterial/fungal as anya suggested, or a nutrient deficiency/excess. this requires more specific research on a case by case basis.

hope this helps!

Is not excessive light. No bugs
How often does this plant get watered?

If the brown spots are crispy, it could be burn from direct light. If they are soft, it could be a root rot problem. The soil should be well draining, the roots shouldn’t sit in water, and the plant should dry a bit between watering.
