# sooooo i accidentally fell asleep after watering my plants last night…

sooooo i accidentally fell asleep after watering my plants last night and i leave them on the edge of my patio which is full sun in the daytime to drain and avoid water stains. only one leave burned and i know i need to cut it off but where do i cut to promote new growth?

You don’t really have to remove the leaf unless you think it looks very bad. The plant will have better chances of making new leaves faster again if the leaf is left on the plant. The green part still contribute to its growth 🙂

This same thing happened to mine, I felt terrible too :( but I ended up simply peeling away the dead areas of the particular sun damaged leaves, and a few weeks later I have lots of growth elsewhere still and it’s doing great 😊
