Does this look like there is damage to the leaf making it look lighter? I’ve had the plant for almost a week and this is the only one like this

I wouldn’t worry too much about this. Natural variegation. I just had gorgeous big new Monstera leaf open up that had the weirdest pattern of dry spots on it as if someone had chewed on it while it was still rolled up before it unfurled. 🤷🏼‍♀️😁

It’ll get darker with time.

Looks like it’s still unrolling. Color will probably darken.
