# When I got my monstera a couple months ago it was growing all to one…

_Posted by Reggie on 2023-06-06_

When I got my monstera a couple months ago it was growing all to one side. The new growth seems to be growing straight but because the largest stems are tilted, it tips over. Any tips? Will a moss pole fix this?

A moss pole will probably fix it.

I used bamboo poles and support clips and shape them however you want.

yes! monsteras prefer to climb, and it looks like yours is definitely ready for a pole :) maybe you could incorporate more plants to help support it too? your choice :)
