Does anyone know if I can make my monstera propergation a bit prettier? it's got quite a chunky stem but I dont want to kill it! It is an indoor plant by the way I'm just changing the soil.

chop it up!! keep those two leaves together with a few nodes on the bottom, but the nodes without leaves should be separated. once they callous (12-16 hours!!) you can put the cutting with leaves in water and the nodes in moist sphagnum. keep the sphagnum consistently damp until the nodes grow roots, then water when the moss is completely dry. wait to transplant to soil until there is at least two established leaves on the new growth.
