I need help!! Something doesnt feel right about my monstera and i cant figure it out, she is very droopy and her growth is slowing down

Also she has this broken leaf and i dont know if i should trim it or not? And if so how???

She does look sad. How much light is she getting and when was her last repotting

I typically have her under a grow light but im getting a new one its delivery has been getting delayed so shes been getting not as much light as id like and I havent repotted her cause im not sure when would be good (im fairly new at taking care of plants)

Can you take pics of her pot set up? If there’s roots showing out the bottom… etc
