Winter weather has created a dry atmosphere in the house. What kind of humidifier should I use for the plants? Warm mist or cool mist?

I have one that does both, in the summer I use the cool mist and in the winter I use warm since I live in an area that gets super cold in the winter. It’s helped me keep the temp up in the plant room this winter so far
