how to help my monstera, i would like to repot soon and cut back some leaves. When i go to repot if its multiple plants in the pot should i separate them? also planning on adding a support pole, any other advice? i just want her to look more healthy! thanks :)

IDK if I can post link but kill this plant channel on YouTube has some awesome videos of what to do with a similar looking monstera. He’s really knowledgeable.
