First thing is get it out of that pot. It needs a pot with drainage holes and chunky mix. Looks like there’s like 5 plants in the pot.  
I’d cut it back or stake it. It’s a bit of a mess.  
Propagate if you want another 5-10 plants. You’ll get lots of cuttings. Just put them in water.

Well thanks for the propagation tips, not really looking for other advice rn as this plant has been fine in this pot for the past two years and I’m not looking to change that right now

I've had a lot of luck propagating monsteras In water. It can take a bit to root, but if the cutting has Ariel roots it goes faster. Just make sure that there's a node on each cutting. Another thing I've noticed is the mother plant grows back a bit slowly, but it will get there eventually
