# I’m hoping someone can give me an idea on how to position my plants.…

I’m hoping someone can give me an idea on how to position my plants. I recently moved from somewhere with really good lighting to somewhere with very poor lighting. I am using grow lights but I am not familiar enough with them. I currently have a wall that I have to keep my plants on. I have replaced my overhead light with a grow light and have another small one. I am just wondering where it would be best to place my plants under the grow lights, if I need more lights, and honestly any tips would be helpful.

I want to follow this because I’m currently in the same boat and terrified of my grow lights.

What type of grow lights do you have and what is making them so scary? Just wanting to help

I have the panel type lights and they do have a timer and will increase and decrease in brightness automatically simulating sunrise and sunset. Mainly what makes them scary to me is that I’ll use too much light or not structure the plants accordingly and give them sunburn 🫣

I would try using them anyways and if you start noticing any sunburn you can either dim them or move the plant a little further away

There are bulbs you can buy on Amazon that screw into that light socket above the plants and that will add more light if you are unsure about your plant lights and how to install them

There are panel lights you can stick to the wall that comes with 12 hour timers that you can set up and forget about lol
