Before I knew anything about plants, I thought jades were boring. Now, I’m obsessed! It’s been soo satisfying to watch this gollum jade cutting grow. Just wanted to share this proud plant parent moment 🥰 Hope everyone has a nice Sunday!

Thanks, I think so too! ☺️ I worry it might tip over as it gets bigger since I haven’t been rotating it, but I guess I can deal with that later if it ever happens lol

Jades are incredibly underrated. I’ve currently got 5 and I’ll very likely get more 😂 If you’re looking for another interesting type of jade, I highly recommend the variegated jade plant (crassula ovata variegata), crosby’s compact, or hummel’s sunset. This is my variegated jade, Valerie.

Their classic jade (crassula ovata) is also really beautiful.

These are gorgeous! 😍 I have a couple 2-3 in pots of the classic one and a 4 in ripple jade, but the variegated one is definitely on my wishlist! The colors are soo pretty

Thank you ☺️ I’m hoping to grow the classic jade as big as this jade, my grandmother’s. It’s at least 60 years old and about 3 1/2 feet tall.
